Miller Motorcars Aston Martin

WELCOME TO THE FINISH LINE OF THE BLOODLINE

An all-devouring denouement to the dynasty. The last car engraved with these famous three initials. DBS has torn through generations and decades, crushing continents and technological impossibilities to reach its ultimate destination. Scythed with grace. Seething with 211 mph of speed. Breathing muscle from every pore. Pierced with all-consuming aerodynamic poise. Bowing out on a fiercely well-balanced high. The last salvo in a five-decade saga of furious intensity. And most ferocious of all final words.

ENGINE

SEETHING WITH SPEED

Ultimate power thundering without precedent through the GT class. 759 HP, 664 ft⋅lb, twin turbo. Roaring to 211 mph. Ferociously fine-tuned and finessed into place by modified ignition and induction calibration that swells pressure to 31.2 psi. Inflated by 7% to extract every last bite and snarl of possibility from its 5.2 liter V12 engine.

Transmission

FIERCELY FINE-TUNED

Tailored transmission. Aggressively, obsessively, and obscenely calibrated to the specific character of this car. The eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox breathes every gasp of power precisely where you need it. Arming your palm with finger-twitch fast responses. And an intelligence that grips you in the right gear at the right time. Leveling bumps and straightening bends to remold the balance of the body to the car’s desire.

Roar of the Engine

A POWERTRAIN BALLAD

A tempo to echo through any environment. Steel yourself for the sound effects of the signature track of an authentic V12. Every ankle movement turning into percussion. Every revolution a riff. Each engine roar adding its own note to an epic chorus of performance. Ripped and conducted through quad exhausts. A heavy metal track made to be played on the road.

Our objective was to match immense performance with impeccable control and precision, combined with an authentic sporting character essential in every Aston Martin model.

Opulence and refined finishes

A bespoke cabin of calm within menacing surroundings. A three-fabric pack of leather, carbon fiber, and Alcantara™ stalk the edges of your limbs. Pattern-perforated and fluted quilt seats are timelessly tailored in gentleman racer dress.

CABIN

THE FINE ART OF THE FEROCIOUS

Before the beauty inside this beast is crowned, finished, and given its wings by a one-of-no-other-kind sill plaque carrying the number of your limited-edition DBS 770 Ultimate. An indelible reminder that it’s one of very, very few. A rare breed. Of extremely rare quality.

Insufficient Funds

If a person writes a check without sufficient funds in an associated account to cover it, the check will bounce, or be returned for insufficient funds. Each state has laws regulating how merchants may respond to bounced checks. In Connecticut, the merchant may file a civil suit and press criminal charges if the check writer does not reimburse him for a bounced check after the merchant has sent several notices regarding the matter.

Posted Notice Requirement

Merchants and other business owners who accept checks must post a notice where customers are likely to see it warning them of the potential consequences of writing bad checks. The notice must include the civil penalties that bad check writers may face, the appropriate Connecticut statute number and an advisory that the check writer may also face criminal penalties

Civil and Criminal Penalties

As of 2010, civil courts may require the check writer to reimburse the merchant for the value of the check plus pay up to $750 if he has no back account or $400 if the check is returned for insufficient funds. If the merchant chooses to press criminal charges, the bad check writer may face a fine of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail. Writing a bad check is a felony charge if the check was for more than $1,000 and a misdemeanor if written for a lesser amount.

Required Written Notices

If a check bounces, the merchant must send the check writer a letter by certified mail at the check writer's last known address or place of business. Usually this letter is sent to the address on the writer's check. The letter must inform the writer that the check was returned ask him to reimburse the merchant for the amount of the check and inform him of the potential criminal or civil penalties if he fails to do so. If the check writers does not respond to the letter within 15 days of receipt, the merchant must send a second letter. This letter must inform the check writer that he has 30 days to reimburse the merchant before the merchant takes legal action against him. Both letters must be written in both English and Spanish.
