We are excited to announce that the all-new Aston Martin DBX is now available for sale at Miller Motorcars: Aston Martin. This luxury crossover SUV offers an impressive array of features and specifications, making it the perfect choice for drivers who need both style and performance. We invite you to visit our dealership today to learn more about this vehicle and take a test drive!

History of the Aston Martin DBX

The Aston Martin DBX was first unveiled at the Geneva Auto Show in 2019. This model is the latest addition to Aston Martin’s line of luxury vehicles and offers drivers an impressive blend of style and performance. The DBX features a sleek, aerodynamic design that makes it both attractive and efficient. It also comes equipped with a variety of high-tech features, including a touch screen infotainment system and an all-wheel drivetrain.

The Aston Martin DBX is available in both standard and premium trim levels. The standard model comes equipped with a V8 engine that produces 542 horsepower. The premium model offers even more power, with a V12 engine that produces 700 horsepower. Both models come with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.

Design

The DBX is Aston Martin’s first model that is manufactured at the company’s new facility in St. Athan, Wales. This facility is the most advanced automotive manufacturing plant in the world, and it was specifically designed to produce the DBX. The DBX features a sleek, aerodynamic design that makes it both attractive and efficient. According to Aston Martin’s Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman, the DBX was designed with a low roofline and spread-out wheels that make it take the shape of the sportier Aston Martin models.

Performance and Specs

The DBX is related to the Vantage, but it is built on its own dedicated platform. It is also the first Aston Martin to come with an all-wheel drivetrain. The SUV’s V8 engine was borrowed from Mercedes-AMG, and it is paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. The engine produces a whopping 550 horsepower and 502 lb-ft of torque, making it one of the most powerful SUVs on the market.

The DBX features a variety of high-tech features, including a touch screen infotainment system and an all-wheel drivetrain. It has an overall power output of 550 PS (405 kW; 542 hp) and 516 lb-ft of torque.

Interior

The DBX’s interior is just as luxurious as its exterior and what is under the hood. The cabin is spacious and comfortable, and it comes equipped with a variety of high-end features. The dashboard is covered in soft-touch materials, and the seats are upholstered in leather. The car also comes with a number of advanced safety features, including high-quality airbags and a stability control system. Like the powertrain, its infotainment system is borrowed from Mercedes-AMG.

Leasing vs. Financing Your Aston Martin DBX

When you lease a car, you are essentially renting it for a predetermined period of time. This can be a great option if you want to drive a new car every few years or if you don’t have the funds to purchase a vehicle outright. Leasing often comes with lower monthly payments than financing and it allows you to avoid having a car loan.

One of the main drawbacks of leasing a vehicle, however, is that you are limited to the number of miles you can drive each year. If you exceed this limit, you will have to pay a penalty. Leasing also requires that you maintain the car in good condition and return it at the end of the lease period. If these conditions are okay with you and you prefer to drive an updated car every few years, we recommend that you lease your vehicle with us.

When you finance a car, you are purchasing it outright and will have to make monthly payments until the car is paid off. This can be a great option if you want to own the car outright or plan on keeping it for a long period of time. Financing is also a good option if you want to get a car that is not available for leasing.

One of the main drawbacks of financing a car, however, is that your monthly payments will be higher than if you were to lease. You will also have to pay off the entire loan amount, regardless of how many miles you drive or how well you maintain the car. If you are okay with these conditions and want to own your car outright, we recommend that you finance your Aston Martin DBX through our dealership.

If a person writes a check without sufficient funds in an associated account to cover it, the check will bounce, or be returned for insufficient funds. Each state has laws regulating how merchants may respond to bounced checks. In Connecticut, the merchant may file a civil suit and press criminal charges if the check writer does not reimburse him for a bounced check after the merchant has sent several notices regarding the matter.

Posted Notice Requirement

Merchants and other business owners who accept checks must post a notice where customers are likely to see it warning them of the potential consequences of writing bad checks. The notice must include the civil penalties that bad check writers may face, the appropriate Connecticut statute number and an advisory that the check writer may also face criminal penalties

Civil and Criminal Penalties

As of 2010, civil courts may require the check writer to reimburse the merchant for the value of the check plus pay up to $750 if he has no back account or $400 if the check is returned for insufficient funds. If the merchant chooses to press criminal charges, the bad check writer may face a fine of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail. Writing a bad check is a felony charge if the check was for more than $1,000 and a misdemeanor if written for a lesser amount.

Required Written Notices

If a check bounces, the merchant must send the check writer a letter by certified mail at the check writer's last known address or place of business. Usually this letter is sent to the address on the writer's check. The letter must inform the writer that the check was returned ask him to reimburse the merchant for the amount of the check and inform him of the potential criminal or civil penalties if he fails to do so. If the check writers does not respond to the letter within 15 days of receipt, the merchant must send a second letter. This letter must inform the check writer that he has 30 days to reimburse the merchant before the merchant takes legal action against him. Both letters must be written in both English and Spanish.
